BRCDC Women’s Group

Connecting Our Community

Bay Ridge Community Development Center formed a Women’s Support Group, led by our mental health counselor, Abir Saleh, to create a safe space for women to talk and find support with one another. Our women’s group meet every Saturday at 1:00pm to discuss topics that help navigate personal and societal struggles.

Register Today

Women have many responsibilities in theirs lives. We usually carry the burden of the family, children, work and others stressors, but rarely find the time for self-care. We want to gather weekly as a safe space for women to talk and find support. If you are interested in joining this group, please complete the questionnaire. Thank you!

Trip to the Poconos!

BRCDC Women’s Group took a trip to the Poconos with BRCDC’s Counselor, Abir Saleh. Our Women’s Group not only creates a safe space for women, but facilitates trips, events and more to create a system of support, unity, and well-being.
